To book an outstation ride: Open the app Select the "Outstation" booking type Enter your pickup location, destination, and travel date Choose your preferred vehicle and confirm Important: Outstation rides must be booked at least 2 hours in advance, and the fare includes toll and state entry charges. Duplicate charges may occur due to a payment gateway delay. Solution: Wait for up to 5 working days for an automatic refund. If the issue persists, share your booking code and transaction reference and we’ll escalate it immediately.

Cancellation fees are applied if a ride is canceled after the driver has been assigned and is en route. If you believe the charge is incorrect, I will raise a review request. You’ll receive a response within 24-48 hours. Please share the booking code for us to investigate further.
